Original content and copyright
Unless otherwise stated, original stories, character-review text, site copy, original artwork, and other original JJFUMA materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights. All rights are reserved.
No piracy or unauthorized redistribution
JJFUMA content may be read or accessed only for personal, lawful use under the access granted on the website. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, scrape, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, translate, adapt, record, or make JJFUMA content available elsewhere without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Purchasing a story or obtaining membership access gives you access to read the content; it does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission to redistribute the work.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not use another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass content-access controls.
Community discussions
Readers may participate in story discussions where available. Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or malicious material. JJFUMA may moderate or remove content and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or community.
Purchases and memberships
When paid stories, memberships, or other purchases are enabled, the price and access terms shown at the time of purchase will apply.
Talk With JJFUMA bookings
Talk With JJFUMA session payments are non-refundable. A confirmed session may be cancelled or rescheduled only if the change is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Each paid booking may be rescheduled only once. After that reschedule has been used, the payment cannot be transferred, refunded or claimed as credit toward another session if the reader does not attend.
Copyright concerns and rights inquiries
If you believe JJFUMA content has been copied or distributed without authorization, or if you want permission for licensing, adaptation, quotation beyond ordinary fair dealing/fair use, media use, or another commercial use, contact JJFUMA through the Contact page.
Story submissions
True Stories and After Dark story submissions are governed by the Story Submission Terms. By using a Share Your Story submission process, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms of Use. A paid Talk With JJFUMA booking is separate and does not become a publication submission unless you separately use a Share Your Story process.
Service changes
JJFUMA may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. These terms may also be updated from time to time.
